- Within one business day you get a proof of the engraving and an invoice with the production and delivery dates. Pay by card or bank transfer.
- Boards ship in 5–7 business days — all to one address, or each to its own recipient with a gift note. Order by December 5 for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

I can't say enough about Dmytro, GrainWoods and the wonderful end grain cutting board they crafted for me. An 18x12x2 walnut and cherry beauty, built as I asked with handle slots and no feet, so I can use both sides. I also requested his brand to be engraved so I am able to share his company with friends and family when they visit. Arrived nicely packaged with no damage whatsoever, I went about washing it, conditioning it with a mineral oil and wax product, then hand rubbing it with carnauba and beeswax paste wax. Loved the feel of the wood, the patterns turned rich and a bit deeper. It now proudly sits on my kitchen counter as a new cutting surface for my favorite Japanese knives. Thank you so much for the board and discounted holiday price, I am proud to show it off as I slice and dice!

My wife is a fantastic cook! So for a special present I decided to surprise her with this unique custom engraved cutting board. It arrived after about 7 weeks and it is absolutely beautiful! I ordered the 22" X 16" with Juice groove. Keep in mind this is No Play thing, it is 2" thick and very solid... (heavy!) It is not a board to quickly toss under the sink! We will be keeping ours out on the counter for display.
