I ordered a custom 26” by 15” board from GrainWoods, and couldn’t be happier! The wood is high quality, and I love the look and feel of it. However, there was a bit of a mixup in the beginning of the process; I was accidentally sent the wrong board, after I’d waited months for the correct one (not the sellers fault). Dmytro was quick to apologize and offered multiple alternative options, offered a refund, and let me keep the board that was sent to me on accident. The missing board was replaced efficiently, and was sent to me and came to my house just over a month after the wrong board came. Shipping was quick, and Dmytro gave me links to all of the information on the board’s progression to its final location. Overall, Dmytro was excellent to work with, and I would highly recommend buying one of these gorgeous boards.

This cutting board is beautiful! Shipping was fast! The seller was great with communicating with me. I had the board customized for my husband for Fathers Day. I selected my design # and requested my personalization. I messaged the seller to make sure what I was in visioning could/would be done. I wanted it to say "Best Dad Ever. Love Sawyer." They assured me it was and that it would be done in the design I picked. When it arrived, it only said "Best Dad Ever" and was not in my chosen design. Again, the board is beautiful! However, the personalization had half of what I asked for. It simply says "Best Dad Ever" not in the same design/font I chose. I messaged the seller and he was very prompt in replying, sincerely apoligized, and quickly made things right again! I will be buying from this seller again! 100%
My wife and I just received our GrainWoods walnut end-grain cutting board. I started in commercial kitchens over 50 years ago, and have ever had an appreciation for fine kitchen wares, including cutlery, pots and pans, and cutting boards. I ordered this chopping block as a present to myself. I have always wanted a high quality block where there was space to cut all my ingredients (together but separate). I also would much rather invest in a piece that will last forever so I ordered this board. The shipping took a while as it is coming from the Ukraine but it was 100% worth the patience. It is stunning. Something I will proudly display on my counter when not in use. I am very happy with my purchase.

I think with the holidays there was an abnormally long delay and I didn't actually recieve the board for just shy of a month from when it was shipped. With that being said, the seller responded to every message and kept me up to date with the movement of the package. When it arrived it was packaged and protected to perfection. The board is substantial in weight. Quality is really beautiful. I will recommend this Etsy shop to friends and family!

I was disappointed to find the cutting board I ordered for my wife was not gift wrapped like I had paid for. I wrote a card and everything. I was also bummed there were was no instructions on how to use the board butter. The board itself is wonderful but the presentation was lacking.
