U.S. delivery is free, and you can see your estimated arrival window above. At checkout, enter your address to view more detailed delivery dates and choose a faster Priority option if needed. There are no import duties or customs fees for U.S. customers.
As soon as your board ships, we’ll send you a tracking number. If the carrier confirms that your package was lost or not delivered, we’ll make and send a replacement at no extra cost.
Changed your mind? You can return any unused board within 90 days of delivery, including personalized boards.
If your board arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an engraving mistake made by us, just contact us. We’ll take care of it and make things right.
