✔ PERSONALIZED INTO A LASTING KEEPSAKE
Names, dates, or a personal message turn an everyday kitchen essential into something deeply meaningful.
Whether it marks a wedding, anniversary, new home, or family tradition, your board is made to be used every day and remembered for years.
✔ NATURAL BEAUTY UNIQUE TO EVERY BOARD
Every piece of walnut has its own color, grain, and character, so no two GrainWoods boards look exactly alike.
The rich natural pattern makes your board more than a cutting surface. It becomes a warm, distinctive part of the kitchen.
✔ HANDCRAFTED WITH CARE, NOT MASS-PRODUCED
Each board is individually assembled, aligned, sanded, and finished by hand.
That attention shows in the smooth surface, precise end-grain pattern, substantial feel, and small details that mass-produced boards often lack.
✔ GENTLER ON YOUR KNIVES
End-grain fibers separate slightly as the knife passes between them, rather than forcing the blade directly across the wood fibers.
This helps reduce visible cutting marks and keeps knife edges sharper for longer.
✔ BUILT FOR YEARS OF EVERYDAY USE
Personal, practical, and made to last, a GrainWoods board is especially suited to weddings, anniversaries, housewarmings, and family milestones.
Instead of being stored away, it becomes part of everyday meals, celebrations, and memories.
✔ FOOD-SAFE FINISH FOR EVERYDAY USE
Each board is sanded smooth and finished with food-safe linseed oil and beeswax.
The finish protects the wood, highlights its natural grain, and makes regular care straightforward.
✔ A GIFT THEY’LL ACTUALLY USE
A personalized walnut end-grain cutting board stands out as an exceptional gift idea, embodying thoughtfulness, versatility, and a lasting impression. It transcends the ordinary through its unique blend of practical utility and personal significance, making it suitable for a wide array of occasions. The custom laser engraving adds a personal touch that transforms the board into a cherished keepsake, reminding the recipient of the special bond shared every time it's used. This gift not only serves its purpose in the kitchen but also acts as a beautiful symbol of care and connection, ensuring that it remains a memorable and valued item in any home.
Description
This end grain cutting board is crafted from high-quality, carefully selected walnut wood, with flawless engraving that adds a touch of elegance to any kitchen. Not only is it an eye-catching art piece, but it's also durable enough for everyday use.
By choosing an end grain cutting board from GrainWoods, you can be sure that you are selecting a high-quality, handmade product that will provide you with years of reliable and enjoyable use.
We love the warmth and character of the wood. The unique grain pattern illustrates both the time and place of the tree's growth, and we work to highlight this natural beauty while creating a highly functional kitchen tool.
✦ End Grain Cutting Board Can Keep Your Knives Sharper:
A walnut end grain cutting board is the ultimate combination of beauty and durability, making it highly desired for its "self-healing" properties that keep your blade sharper for longer. Each cut of the knife goes between the wood fibers, rather than through them, which close back up after the knife exits.
✦ Natural Antimicrobial Properties of Walnut:
One benefit of using a cutting board made of walnut wood is that it has natural antimicrobial properties, which can help inhibit the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms. This makes it a more hygienic option for food preparation and can give you peace of mind knowing that you are using a cutting board that is inherently more resistant to harmful bacteria.
✦ Creating a Handcrafted Walnut End Grain Cutting Board:
The process of creating an end grain cutting board begins with selecting high-quality wood, such as walnut, which is a dense, hardwood that can withstand regular use. Skilled artisans then carefully cut and glue the wood pieces together, taking care to ensure that each piece is aligned perfectly to create the distinctive end grain pattern.
After the board is then meticulously sanded and polished to create a smooth and even surface, with no rough or uneven spots. The board is then treated with food-safe linseed oil and beeswax, which not only protects the wood but also enhances its natural beauty.
Because each board is made by hand, the artisan can ensure that every detail is perfect, from the precise alignment of the wood pieces to the smoothness of the surface. This attention to detail is what sets our cutting boards apart from other cutting boards, and it is why they are often considered a premium option for those who are serious about their cooking.
✦ Custom Sizes:
We offer a range of standard sizes for our cutting boards, and we're also able to craft a board to your specific dimensions. Let me know what size you're interested in via message, and we'll work with you to create the perfect board for your needs
✦ Personalization:
You can choose one of our designs and send us a text that you like, and we’ll engrave it on the board. We can engrave the logo or picture without any problems, place the engraving in any location on the board, and also on the reverse side, draw the logo according to the description, please contact me.
✦ Worldwide Shipping:
We ship all our products by express shipping (FedEx/TNT/UPS/DHL services), so you'll receive the board very fast and safely. Delivery to PO/APO/FPO Box is possible only via USPS, unfortunately, it may delay delivery, if there is such a possibility, please specify your home address for the fastest delivery.
✦ Care:
I highly recommend using Cutting Board Wax to protect the wooden board for years to come. The wax helps to keep the board looking like the first day you receive it. Detailed care instructions and wax for care are included with each board
Please let me know if you have any questions
Thank you, Dmytro

Personalized Walnut and Cherry End Grain Cutting BoardSale price$119.89 USDRegular price$199.82 USD
Absolutely beautiful! We ordered this personalized walnut cutting board as a wedding gift for our daughter and new son-in-law, and it turned out even better than I hoped. The craftsmanship is gorgeous, the personalization was perfect, and it truly feels like something they’ll have and use for many years.
It was one of those gifts I was so excited to give them, and seeing how much they loved it made it even more special. We finally gave it to them the morning after their wedding, just before leaving the venue, and they absolutely loved it!
Thank you, Grainwoods, for creating such a beautiful and meaningful keepsake for Danielle and Michael. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! ❤️
This cutting board is spectacular! It's absolutely gorgeous! Even better in person! Dmytro was wonderful and facilitated my custom measurements "no problem," and it fits perfectly!
Ordered and it was on me for ordering so late trying to obtain for Christmas. Ended up getting a bit late, but the board is amazing and worth the wait.
I plan to get another soon for myself, that was a gift I ordered. Personalization was stamped or burnt into the side with the gift recipient was thrilled. Looked like pictured, comes oiled, with instructions.
This was purchased as a house warming gift for my brother’s family. All in all the board is beautiful! The customization process had some issues. I had submitted a chat via the site option on what I was wanting and didn’t get a reply within a week so I went ahead with the purchase describing my desired engravings and hoped for the best. I was then contacted about my order and was emailing back and forth about what I thought was the board i purchased but once we came to a mutual understanding of the design I was informed that my purchase had already been shipped and this would be for a second board if I wanted to purchase a second one, so I just went with whatever design was completed on my original order. The board delivered was beautiful and included only ½ of the requested engravings at the time of purchase. I am very happy with the board but I would recommend not completing any customized orders until request can be verified of possibly send a proof of customization for approval. Thank you!!
Beautiful craftsmanship and well worth the wait. My first order was lost by the delivery carrier, but Viktoriia with customer service was amazing in all her communication! She got another one custom made and shipped back out to me quickly.
Thank you Viktoriia, and all at Grainwoods!
I absolutely loved the cutting board I received. I almost don't want to cut on it, it is so beautiful.
For anyone ordering from Grain Woods, it is well worth the money and the wait.
My only gripe was that it took a little over a month to get and I didn't receive any updates in that time period, so I thought it might be a scam. It wasn't though. The cutting board is absolutely perfect and I would recommend anyone looking for a high quality cutting board to go through Grain Woods. You won't be disappointed.
Item is exceptional quality! It is just beautiful, and I will order more as gifts. I do wish they had told me it would be a full month or more for shipping. It wouldn’t have changed my mind, but I was concerned as it was estimated to be here a few weeks ago. It was so worth the weight, though.
The quality is amazing. Grainwoods was communicative and helped when I needed to change the address. A couple nicks from shipping, which is half the fault of packaging and half the carrier, not a huge deal, they were small. Overall 9.5/10 and 10/10 for grainwoods.
Dymtro worked with us on our timeline and it arrived many days before the final date I had set. He was amazing, communicative and accommodating. The final product was absolutely beautiful and the craftsmanship is above and beyond high quality. It even came with care instructions and wooden board wax. This is the best purchase I've made on Etsy and you won't regret it if you order too 😊
I just received the cutting board that I ordered for my son, and I was so excited at it's beauty! It's a work of art, and my son is going to love it!! Thank you so much for your work!
Amazing art work and reliable communication. The seller is a real artist who deeply cared about how I wanted the cutting board to be made and personalized. In spite of the current difficult times, he kept a close look at the delivery process to ensure I had all the updates I needed. He maintained great quality communication until I received the package, which was a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. It was wonderful to see the happiness on my boyfriend's face, and he deeply appreciated how unique and beautifully made his new chopping board was. Thank you again and we both wish you all the very best! Highly recommend ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
I am beyond excited!! My cutting board arrived yesterday and it is GORGEOUS! Thank you so much for your beautiful artwork - it was on display in my kitchen for a dinner we have last night and everyone commented how beautiful it is!
Love this cutting board! It looks exactly as it did in the photos. If blends perfectly into my rustic Southwest kitchen. Perfect size for my little counter spot next to the stove. It will be a part of this kitchen for many years to come!
Quality in craftsmanship is second to none and while that’s commendable, craftsmanship can be learned/replicated. However, the artistic, visually stunning component exhibited through which and where pieces are placed is extraordinary. The differing hues within each wood block assembled in such a way produce a cohesive, visually stunning work of art that is truly magnificent. Never thought a cutting board/butcher block could hold such beautiful artistry but here they are—behold. First board was 17x11x2, second 22x16x2 and could not be happier.
The board was a gift for my husband is extremely happy with it. It looks and feels extremely nice. It took a little while from ordering, but it was absolutely well worth the wait. Very happy with the purchase.
Dmytro is awesome !! His workmanship on my board is fab . My board was delivered to Erie, PA and no issues at all !! Highly recommended and I will continue to shop at his store . Thank you so much Dmytro!! You are awesome !!
Cutting board was heavy, high quality and beautifully finished. The customization looks subtle and classy. Looks like the product picture. Very pleased with the overall look.
Beautifully crafted. Birthday gift for my husband. He loved it. Definitely worth it. Took awhile, to ship and arrive. But i did order the large board 30x20. It took over 2 months to arrive.
Ordered Jan 19th 2026 still havent recieved my product. Not american made. Its from Ukraine, RU. Not that, that has anyting to do with it. But has to go through customs. Mine has been in Memphis for a month. No contact and still havent recieved my cutting board! Would not do buisiness withbthis company!!!
This was a gift. The recipient was very happy with it. He loved it and said it was a piece of art! The shipping time was very long, but it was worth it in the end.
My massive 24" x 24" board arrived excellently packaged and in perfect condition. It is such a great addition to my kitchen and I can't wait to prep meals on it for years to come! It is a stunning piece of craftsmanship.
Thank you!
My son-in-law is an excellent cook and has been dreaming about owning a wood cutting board like this. He loves it and is going to make wonderful meals with it. He says it makes a difference in all the prep work he has to do because it has room for lots of cutting. This is a winner and the fact that it was made in Ukraine is a bonus!
5-Star Review for GrainWoods & Eduard
Working with GrainWoods — and especially Eduard — has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The cutting board I ordered was a very special Christmas gift for my husband, and although it arrived with some shipping damage, Eduard handled the entire situation with professionalism, empathy, and genuine care.
He responded quickly at every step, reviewed my photos and video thoroughly, and offered thoughtful solutions that showed he truly understood how important this gift was to me. He proposed a generous solution, provided detailed repair instructions, and even took my feedback about international packaging seriously. Eduard was kind, patient, and never dismissive — he made me feel heard and valued as a customer.
His communication was warm and respectful, and he went above and beyond to make things right. I also appreciated the craftsmanship of the board itself — it’s truly beautiful and clearly made with skill and passion. Despite the hiccup, I would absolutely order from GrainWoods again because this is a company that stands behind its work and treats its customers with integrity.
